Easter Specials at Osteria Sierra

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino will host an Easter dinner at their signature restaurant, Osteria Sierra, on Sunday, April 20, from 5 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. The restaurant will offer exclusive Easter-inspired specials in addition to its full a la carte menu.

The menu will include several dishes such as foie gras con fragole balsamiche, a rich dish featuring pan-seared foie gras with white polenta cake and macerated balsamic strawberries, as well as Spaghetti Puttanesca with roasted tiger shrimp and anchovy pearls. Guests can indulge in the pistachio-encrusted Colorado lamb rack or finish the evening with torta di ricotta di pasqua, a citrus ricotta cheesecake with elderberry flower sorbet. A curated selection of Cakebread wines will also be available to complement the meal.
