Cutthroat’s Saloon at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is celebrating Incline Village Crystal Bay Restaurant Week with a special Lone Eagle Legacy lunch menu.
The menu features comforting classics including French onion soup topped with country bread croutons, a fresh ahi tuna poke bowl the Sierra Nevada Cubano sandwich with braised pork and black forest ham, and the Durham Ranch American bison burger. The special menu will also feature Lone Eagle Legacy, a craft beer that pays tribute to the iconic restaurant.
