Winemaker and a second-generation vintner at Baldacci Family Vineyards, Michael leads the production of premium, single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. Over more than a decade at Baldacci, he has worked across sales, operations, and winemaking—building a deep understanding of both the craft and the business. His commitment to quality has earned the winery multiple 95+ point scores from Decanter, Robert Parker Wine Advocate, Jeb Dunnuck, and others.
In 2025, Michael was named a North Bay Business Journal Forty Under 40 honoree, recognizing his influence as a next-generation wine industry leader. His winemaking philosophy has been featured in Forbes, Robb Report, and other national publications, highlighting his dedication to quality, sustainability, and family-driven winemaking in Napa Valley.
