Article 304 Use Classification System to modify residential use types to include an example of multi-family, minor, and allow cottage courts on multiple parcels; Article 306 Accessory Uses and Structures to modify the maximum size of attached and detached accessory dwelling units to 80% the size of the main dwelling; Article 313 Employee and Cottage Court Housing to modify requirements for cottage court developments related to maximum cottage size, community accessory structures, and allowing cottage courts on multiple parcels; Article 404 Lot Standards to establish small lot development standards, and to establish infill standards for residential and commercial infill; Article 408 Common Open Space Development to modify lot and yard standards for common open space developments; and Article 902 Definitions to add various definitions; and all matters necessarily connected therewith and pertaining thereto.
