Join Sheri for a Kids’ Yoga Workshop filled with movement, creativity, and fun! This playful workshop introduces children ages 5-12 to yoga and mindfulness through engaging yoga poses, interactive games, breathing exercises, and creative arts & crafts. Children will explore ways to move their bodies, calm their minds, and express themselves in a supportive, joyful environment.
Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this workshop encourages confidence, focus, creativity, and relaxation—all while having a great time with friends!
No prior yoga experience needed
