Many people work to live and play in Incline Village and Crystal Bay. Outdoor enthusiasts, including many of our so-called senior citizens, are busy year-round at Tahoe. Skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing in the winter, and hiking, boating, and biking dominate summers. Diamond Peak skiing is the best-kept secret in Tahoe. Backcountry skiing is legendary, and sledding is popular in the Sheeps Flats or meadows at the top of Mt. Rose. Nevada Nordic recently added over 8K of groomed cross-country trails in the Mt Rose Wilderness.  In the summer, the East Shore Trail and mountain biking at Tunnel Creek is a huge draw.

Did we mention there’s also a big blue Lake out there where you’ll enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, SUPing, and the latest – eFoils.

IVGID Park and Recreation Department provide plenty of reasons to stay in town…the Recreation Center, two golf courses, three beaches including a boat launch, ballfields, skate park, bike park, bocce ball, tennis and pickle ball courts, frisbee golf, and fitness trails, many within walking distance of each other.

Every sport needs equipment and Incline Village has you covered! Whether you’re seeking to rent or buy an e-bike, a SUP, a kayak, skis, a snowboard, or other related gear, our local shops have you covered with their expertise and product selection.
