IVGID Community Open House

Chateau from 3pm - 6pm

Are you curious about the status of various capital improvement projects the Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) is working on? Would you like to speak with our District General Manager about the District Strategic Planning process? Come meet with IVGID’s Engineering and Public Works staff, plus senior managers within the District, to hear first-hand about big projects in the planning, design and construction phases including:

• The Incline Beach House project
• The Effluent Export Pipeline project & Effluent Storage Tank project
• Snowflake Lodge (at Diamond Peak Ski Resort) project
• District Pavement Maintenance project
• Waste Management agreement (solid waste services)
• Championship Golf Course Cart Path and Parking Lot project
• Incline Skate Park Enhancement project (information boards)
• Tennis & Pickleball Center upgrades (information boards)
• District Strategic Planning process

There will be opportunities to speak directly with the project managers leading these efforts, ask questions and provide feedback.
