NOTICE OF NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING -

Project Description: 

You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting to discuss the special use permit requests for two new private schools, St. Clare’s School and Village Church School. This is your opportunity to review the proposed request, ask questions and provide feedback prior to submittal of a formal Special Use Permit application.

This is a request for two special use permits to establish “Schools – kindergarten through secondary” as a permitted use for: 1) St. Clare’s School, located at 701 Mount Rose, assessor's parcel numbers 124-031-62 and 124-032-01, and 2) Village Church located at 736 McCourry Blvd, Incline Village, NV 89451, parcel number 124-061-19.
