Upcoming Engagement Opportunities

A draft of the 2025 Tahoe Area Plan (TAP) update is now available online and can be viewed here: 2025 TAP Draft. Join us at the upcoming opportunities to provide feedback on the draft.

• Tahoe Area Plan Update Webinar. Join us for a presentation on the TAP update process so far, what we heard during Phase 1 of public outreach, a broad overview of what is proposed in the draft, and a demonstration on how to provide feedback through our online survey. The intent of the webinar is to provide relevant context for the TAP update and to show people how to engage and provide feedback online.

• Online Surveys. Provide feedback through our online surveys. Only have five minutes? Take the quick survey to provide high-level feedback. To see summaries of the proposed changes and provide more detailed feedback, take the extended survey. Both surveys will be open through Friday, May 2nd. Comments can also be provided through emailing planning@washoecounty.gov.
• Workshops. Join us for one of our workshops, where you can listen to a presentation on the TAP update process and draft, view posters that summarize the draft changes and a draft of the changes, talk with staff, and provide feedback. Both workshops will be the same. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP: RSVP form. RSVP’s are appreciated but not required.
