Retail Sales Associate – The Potlatch

Pay- $17.00-$21.00 per hour

The Potlatch is looking for friendly, outgoing Retail Sales Associates to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, love great products, and thrive in a fun retail environment, we’d love to meet you.

Positions Available: Part-time (2–3 days/week) Full-time (4–5 days/week)

Store Hours: Open 7 days a week, 10am–5pm (10am–6pm during summer & holidays). Applicants must be available for weekends, holidays, and special events.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers and create a great shopping experience
• Help customers find products and make recommendations
• Process sales and handle cash transactions
• Restock merchandise and keep the store looking great
• Work as part of a positive, supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, reliable, and hardworking
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina, this is an active job that requires you to be on your feet all day
• Retail or jewelry sales experience is a plus
• Spanish speaking is a bonus
